WORKS

  • Set up a ZOOM call with Cindy: Link above and below. Be ready to chat about the following

  • Gather your peeps: 4 person minimum

  • Decide on a format:  Bootcamp, Yoga, Spin, Mat Pilates, Rowing, Treadmill, Strength, Small group training, etc. 

  • Decide on a private class or open to the community

  • Discuss times and length of class: 30, 45 or 60 minutes

  • Decide on how many days 1, 2 or 3 per week

  • On the ZOOM call we will schedule your times, class format, cost person and you will be all set! You're class will show up on the schedule all you have to do is book it to receive your zoom link and we WORK! HAVE FUN! AND GET FIT! EASY!
